About Us
Cottage Chairs, located in Bethany Ontario, is a small family operated business specializing in custom outdoor furniture, accessories and more.
“When travelling Hwy 7A just east of Hwy 35, one might notice a large red Muskoka chair in a field followed by a yard full of all these bright coloured chairs. My name is Darryl Irwin and along with my wife Tammy we have been selling recycled plastic outdoor furniture from our farm location since 2010. Starting with only 1 style of chair and a few accessories we have expanded to over 100 different items and 13 styles of Muskoka chairs offering Ontario’s largest selection of recycled plastic outdoor furniture.”

What We Offer
We are a family run business that can ship Canada wide and just about anywhere else. In fact, some of our furniture has found its way to Germany and the Netherlands. We also deliver using our own truck right to your dock or house within the Kawarthas, Durham, Muskokas and much of the GTA.
By eliminating the need to manufacture new plastic, we also do our part in conserving the world’s oil supply as well as help divert valuable plastic from our landfills. All that is left is to enjoy your recycled plastic furniture for many years to come.
If you would like to know more you can drop by and have a look at 990 Hwy 7A in Bethany, L0A 1A0, call us at toll-free 1-855-577-2269. We are open 7 days a week during cottage season and can be found around our farm most anytime as well. Drop by and see what we have to offer!
Most of the furniture found here is Amish made using HDPE and stainless screws and fasteners. You can take from our large inventory on hand or custom order the colours of your choice. Have an idea that you would like built with HDPE? On our slow time we can also offer custom designs. Those that do not like painting will also like the fact that HDPE does not peel, split, crack, absorb water, or support bacterial growth so it is ideal for cottage and patio use. The colour is not a coating but is right through the material. Stainless fasteners and hardware also eliminates rust and maintenance. All that is required in most cases is a simple clean with non-abrasive soap and water.
